Genshin Impact introduces a new character Shikanoin Heizou

Shikanoin Heizou, a new character also called Cyclone of Investigation, is all set to be included in Genshin Impact. Recently, Genshin Impact released a Tevyat style outfit teaser, Summer Fantasia Update and now teaser of Shikanoin Heizou on their official YouTube channel. Teaser shows how Shikanoin Heizou investigates a case, follows the clues and reaches-out to the culprit. The teaser also features some of the special combat powers of Shikanoin Heizou.

Genshin Impact releases Shikanoin Heizou: The Cyclone of Investigation

As per the HoYoverse, Shikanoin Heizou is a sharp and smart detective of Tevyat. He is well-verse in his work of searching for thugs, robberies and sometimes tracking down runaway pets. The most successful detective is so skilled that Shikanoin has secured the title of Cyclone of Investigation.

Shikanoin Heizou: Weapons, Materials and More

As per the teaser, Shikanoin Heizou, the analytical harmony, uses sword as a weapon. This sword has some mystic powers which are shown. It looks like Shikanoin Heizou is skilled at combat fighting, with elemental powers.

Teaser features a Shikanoin with highly versatile animation scales with enigmatic powers used. Though much is not confirmed from the teaser, Shikanoin seems to use Shuriken-type powers with green splashes when used.

The powers of Shikanoin include Fracture and Confess. There may be more powers he may se, but the teaser mentions these two powers as of now.
