According to researchers, Antarctic Glass Sponge is the oldest Living Animal known. This Animal has average life span between 5,000 - 15,000.
Antarctic Glass Sponge grows very slowly in Antarctic Cold Areas. Slow growing is a reason for it's high life span.

Greenland Shark lives in Artic Ocean in rough Cold climate in deep shallow of Artic Ocean. Average lifespan of Greenland Shark is about 250 years. Most of Sharks live up to this age as they have plenty of food supply in Artic Oceans thus making them one of longest living animal.
Eye of Greenland Shark was tested for Carbon dating and it was reported that the age of Greenland Shark was estimated to be 392 year or approximately four centuries.

Asian elephant live up to 60 to 70 years but some old female elephants live as long as 80 years in some rare cases
