Earthquake in Pakistan

Earthquake of magnitude 5.9 which killed at least 20 and injured around 300 in Pakistan's Baluchistan Province. It occurred on mountainous parts of Baluchistan on 7th October 2021.

The National Seismic Monitoring Centre in Islamabad stated that the epicentre was at the depth of 15 KM near Harnai.
The National Seismic Monitoring Centre further said, "Earthquake caused destruction and collapsing of several buildings. But the Exact Damage has not been confirmed yet."

Affected Parts :
Quetta, Sibi, Harnai, Pishin, Qila Saifullah, Chaman, Ziarat and Zhob.
Harnai is one of the most severely Affected Area.

Home Minister of Baluchistan stated that they received information of about 20 people killed. Many of them were Children and Women.
